Like everything in life, this venture started with a problem; the results you see are how I chose to solve them.

Obseletejeep is also a passion project. Starting with my first Jeep build in 1995, a 1961 M38A1, I ran into the regular challenges of the lack of parts availability. I am not talking about the things you can get at your local auto parts store, I am talking about the stuff that is no longer made and the markets are not big enough that the major aftermarket parts suppliers have stepped in.

As of today, I am a one-man shop producing my solutions at a micro-scale. I hold bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in technology, engineering, and education and have over 30 years of design-build-manufacturing experience. While my solutions may not be for everyone, they solve my problem, and perhaps they will solve yours.
