Trail Beacon - Universal Spare Tire Mount Chase Light
This is a custom solution for any vehicle that has a rear spare tire, like a CJ, YJ, TJ, JK, JL, etc. This light is ratchet-strapped around the tire and features a programmable (solid or flashing light, changeable flash patterns, White/Yellow double LED chase light. You can change the pattern (solid light, flashing, blink pattern, etc.) with a simple button push to whatever works best for you. This is a must-have for anyone who spends time on the trail, so you don’t get run over in the dust by an SXS, but doesn't want a permanent chase light mounted on the rig. I built this to give myself a better sense of safety from the yahoos, and now it is available for everyone. This uses your existing 4-prong trailer plug. No need to run wires, just strap it to the spare tire and plug it into the trailer harness.

FAQ
Will it scratch my wheel?
The strap contacts the tire, not the rim.
Will it block my backup camera?
Position it slightly low or high on the spare to keep the camera clear.
Does it work without the 4-pin plug?
You’ll need a 4-pin or a 7-to-4 adapter. Most parts stores carry them.
